Alice in Webland
Alice is the star of her own weekly webshow, Alice in WebLand. Every girl in school logs on Wednesday nights at 7:30 to enter Alice's world, one where all of her music recommendations, favorite books and surprisingly good movies off the Dad-Made-Me-Watch-It list reign supreme. But when faced with the decision of attending her best friends' annual conjoined birthday party or going to her first ever WebCon, Alice is left torn... how will she choose between friendship and fame? That is until late one night, when Alice suddenly falls into her screen and is sent free-falling down an endless web-hole, until she lands in actual WebLand! Follow Alice's journey as she wanders through this fantastical world, filled with kooky characters who help her find her way back home and discover the people and things in life that are truly important.
All students will have speaking roles. We will have a casual audition—students trying different roles, no pressure!—on the first day of rehearsals: Saturday, October 5, 10 am to noon.
Rehearsals will run on Saturdays, from 10 am to noon, beginning October 5, at Saugatuck Congregational Church. The performance weekend will be Jan 25 & 26 (Sat eve, Sun matinee). There will be some tech and dress rehearsals during the week leading up to performances; see the schedule below (subject to minor adjustments—please remain flexible that week/weekend).

Saturdays, 10 am to noon: Oct 5, (no rehearsal Oct 12 - Yom Kippur), 19, 26; Nov 2, 9, 16, 23, (skip Nov 30); Dec 7, 14, Dec 21*; Jan 4, Jan 11, Jan 18.
*We will decide early Dec whether we need the Dec 21 rehearsal
Performance Week Rehearsals in Hoskins Hall (lower level Saugatuck Congregational Church): Wed, Jan 22 (4:30 to 6:30); Thurs, Jan 23 (4:30 to 6:30); Fri, Jan 24 (4:30 to 7:30).
